Omō Consulting served as the owner’s representative for the second location of City & Stars Boutique, a coastal-themed retail destination in Austin, Texas, guiding the project from feasibility and preconstruction through construction and final installation.

This 1,500 SF renovation transformed an existing tenant space at 12th Street and Lamar Boulevard into a highly curated shopping environment, featuring custom-built dressing rooms, a sculptural facade wall with arches, a ceiling cloud installation highlighting feature lighting, and carefully crafted finishes that reflect the boutique’s brand identity.
