One historic hotel. One governing story. One coordinated path from design intent to procurement and execution. The Inn at Carnall Hall renovation is being delivered in phases so active hotel operations and long-range improvements can move forward together.
Omō serves as owner's representative and design lead, coordinating scope, budget, schedule, procurement, and field decisions across an active historic hospitality property.
The work is structured as a phased renovation. Near-term construction addresses building upgrades, restrooms, paint, and restoration needs while the team advances the FF&E and wallcovering package for a later installation phase.
Preserving the building's character requires the same discipline as managing its logistics: align the owner, design team, contractors, vendors, and hotel operations before each phase reaches the field.
That operating structure lets the team sequence decisions, manage long-lead procurement, and resolve buildability issues while the property remains active. This page will continue to document the work at a public-safe level as each phase is approved and completed.
